In fact, it's not among writer/director Luc Besson's best ('The Fifth Element' and 'La Femme Nikita' are definitely better). Now I am not saying it's a bad film but it's certainly not THAT good. With an outrageously high score like this, I get my expectations too high-way too high. I wish I'd never seen that 'Leon: The Professional' was rated #27 on IMDb.
